WAC first to sign up with Vic Health
10th Dec 2012 | In news just in Wendouree Archery Club is the first sporting club in the Central Highlands region to sign up to participate in Vic Health's "Healthy Sporting Environments" program.
The Healthy Sporting Environments demonstration project focuses on improving club culture to make club environments safe, accessible, inclusive and equitable.
Wendouree Archery Club's existing policies to such health issues as alcohol, UV protection, language and emphasis on friendly family participation made it a perfect fit with Vic Health's latest $2M initiative.
